The body of the XL100 is made of machined aluminium and is anodized for corrosion resistance and durability.  

The XL100 LED torch features an Intelligent Energy Source Management that continuously monitors the balance between high brightness and efficient power usage allowing for prolonged battery life.  The 3 x AAAs that power the XL100 will last for just of 5 hours in high mode and over 200 hours in Low mode.

Each XL100 is individually serial numbered and is given a limited lifetime warranty.
